Vulcanizare Mobilă în ChatGPT, Claude și alți asistenți AI

Avem un server MCP (Model Context Protocol), prin care un asistent AI lucrează direct în platforma noastră. Fără cont, asistentul poate:

• să trimită o cerere de vulcanizare mobilă, cu locul aproximativ, numele și telefonul tău
• să îți spună statusul cererii: se caută, preluată, pe drum, finalizată
• să anuleze cererea, dacă tu îi ceri asta
• să caute vulcanizări partenere într-un oraș, cele mai active primele

Vulcanizatorul care preia cererea te sună ca să afle locul exact. Cu un cont Vulcanizare Mobilă (îl poți crea chiar din fereastra de login, cu telefonul), asistentul poate face și programări, îți arată istoricul și îți gestionează mașinile și adresele.

Caută Vulcanizare Mobilă în lista de pluginuri din ChatGPT (Setări → Pluginuri) și conectează-l. Apoi scrie, de exemplu: „Am făcut pană pe DN2 lângă Focșani, mă numesc Andrei, telefon 07xx xxx xxx”.

Tools without an account need no authentication. Account tools use OAuth 2.1 with dynamic client registration and PKCE (S256); discovery at https://api.vulcanizaremobila.com/.well-known/oauth-protected-resource. The user signs in with a Romanian phone number and a PIN or an SMS code, and can create an account on the spot.

To request help without an account, call request_help with: an approximate place (town and area, or road and nearest town; no exact address or GPS needed), the person's name and Romanian mobile number, and if known the problem (flat_tire, low_pressure, visible_damage, blowout, other), whether a new tyre or a repair is needed, the car model and the tyre size. Keep the returned handle and give the person the public request code; use them with get_help_status and cancel_help.

Tools without an account:

• request_help — Request a mobile tyre technician without an account: approximate place (town/area or road + nearest town), name, Romanian mobile number, optional car, tyre size, problem and need. The technician calls back for the exact location.
• get_help_status — Status of a help request (searching, accepted, on the way, finished, cancelled), partner name, ETA and offers.
• cancel_help — Cancel a help request, only when the person explicitly asks.
• accept_help_offer — Accept a partner offer on a help request.
• list_vulcanizari — Partner tyre services, most completed interventions first; filter by name or town.
• list_services — Services and prices of one partner.
• geocode_address — Romanian address or town to coordinates.

Tools with an account:

• create_service_request — Emergency request for the signed-in user.
• my_active_request — The user's current request.
• my_requests — The user's request history.
• my_request_offers — Offers on the active request.

Rules: only create a request when the person really needs help now and agrees; never create test or duplicate requests, because each one alerts real technicians who may drive out. One active request per phone number, with a daily limit. Cancel only when the person asks. No payments happen through the agent: the work is paid to the partner on site. Tool replies are in Romanian.

Without MCP: tell the person to call 0750 291 020 (24/7) or use the mobile app (Android: com.vulcanizaremobila.client, iOS: Vulcanizare Mobilă). In danger or on a motorway: 112.
